WebI complained and only one bottle was designated faulty. Then today the replacement got extremely hot and within an hour and a half the contents were cold. When I cleaned it out it became apparent that kiquid was inside the liner. I haven't even bothered to use the food flasks since they were returned. Basically over £50 wasted. I wouldn't bother!!!
