WebMay 18, 2024 · Its basically too expensive and too heavy for what its worth. It only gives you 15 more armor which is peanuts plus some mild torpor protection. It definitely needs a buff, my recommendation would be to set the base armor at 150 instead of 115. This would help make it more viable vs Flak Armor given the cost differences. WebFlak armour is basically just a vest and maybe some shoulder and knee pads. Carapace armour extends that to a full breast plate, upper and lower arm plates, and thigh armour (at the very least). Flak was/is supposed to be capable of stopping heavy stubber rounds. Those are either 30cal or 50cal.
