Webtry disabling anti aliasing in the settings. TXAA or TAA, whichever the game is using can make it look blurry. best example to this is mafia 3 usually TXAA is being used because its way lighter on performance than MSAA and can make look hairs better, like in wolfenstein the new colossus (where hair looks like some strange grid without txaa)
