It's just disabled. set to auto and apply the settings. restart and see if the CPU-Z ID shows the RAM at the correct speed. if not just take out one of the stick of RAM and read the spec and later enter the speed and timing settings manually.

However with XMP you normally have at least two different XMP profiles to choose from, if one doesn't work try the other and see. I'd try the less agressive profile first just to confirm the system itself is working.
