Values act as a guide, they help a team stay true to itself, and also adapt so that they find new ways to live their values. Scrum comes out of the box with a set of 5 values. WebbTeam Commitment People should be working together. They should be committing as a team and working as a team to deliver. If they realize that it is not possible to deliver what they committed to, they should be committed, as a team, to having a conversation with the product people to come up with some options!
