I already know it's NOT anything to do with CC, as I removed all CC I downloaded since the glitch started happening, ran the game, and it still happened. If LOOT doesn't know what to do with a mod, it will just sort them alphabetically. To this day, it still doesn't sort Armorsmith Extended properly.
